Following are the policies for our stores:
GENERAL STORE POLICY – All locations
Prescription Grantee – 3 months/one time only
If your prescription is valid within 2 years and adjusted by your Optometrist, we will change your lenses free of charge, 3 months from the purchased date. – One time only.
Lens Guarantee – 1 year/one time only
We will replace your lenses with the same product in the event of a manufacture defect on the coating of your lenses within
1 year of the purchased date, at no charge. Subject to inspection. – One time only.
Progressive Lens Adaption Guarantee – 2 months/one time only
We will allow 2 months from the purchased date for adaptation of progressive lenses. If you are unable to adapt, we will replace your lenses with different lenses at no additional charge, unless an upgrade is made. – One time only.
Frame Guarantee – 1 year
We will replace your frame with an identical frame in the event of a manufacture defect within 1 year of the purchased date. This is subject to frame availability and the manufacturers’ offered warranty. – One time only.
Sunglasses exchange – 1 week/one time only
One week from the purchased date – one time only. Frame and lenses must be in the original condition and in original packaging. Any additional price difference will be paid by the customer. A store credit will be issued if a lesser valued product is chosen. Subject to inspection. No refunds.
No refund or exchange policy on prescription eyewear
All prescription eyewear is custom fit for each individual. Once your eyewear order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled nor refunded.
